daqverse vs Tradervue for ICT and prop firm traders
Tradervue is one of the long-standing web trading journals: import your fills, tag your setups and read the reports, including results by hour of day. daqverse is a newer journal built for ICT futures traders and their prop firm accounts.
Here is how they compare for that trader, checked on 16 Oct 2026.
Pick Tradervue if
you want a proven, report-heavy journal for several markets, with exit analysis, mentoring and trade sharing, and you are fine importing files.
Pick daqverse if
you trade futures with ICT concepts and want each trade tagged with its New York kill zone and macro, and each prop account's drawdown floor followed from your own rules.
daqverse and Tradervue, side by side
Tradervue's column was checked on Tradervue's own website on 16 Oct 2026; each line links the page it comes from. Prices and features change, so check their site before you buy. daqverse's column describes the app as it is today.
| Feature | daqverse | Tradervue |
|---|---|---|
| ICT kill zone and macro tagging | daqverseYes. Every trade is tagged with its kill zone (Asia, London, NY AM, NY Lunch, NY PM) and ICT macro from its entry time, in New York time; you can change the tag. Kill zones of your own can be added. | TradervueNo ICT-specific feature found on its site. source |
| Time and session analysis | daqverseFutures trades are dated on the New York trading day; Analytics groups results by kill zone, macro window, setup and other ICT fields. | TradervueDays/Times reports: results by day and by hour of day, in US Eastern time. source |
| Prop firm drawdown rules | daqverseYes, per account: static or trailing floor (end-of-day or intraday), when it stops (start, start + $X, a balance, a payout), daily loss limit, consistency, payouts, and the trade that broke the floor. Firm presets fill editable defaults. | TradervueNo prop-rule or drawdown tracking found; unlimited accounts on paid plans. source |
| Broker auto-sync | daqverseNo. There is no live broker connection; figures are worked out from the trades you log or import. | Tradervue"Broker Sync" on paid plans, "may not be available with all brokers"; no list of which. Tradovate and Rithmic pages describe file upload. source |
| File / statement import | daqverseTradovate CSV reports for futures; MT4/MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader, FTMO MetriX, Myfxbook and other statements for CFD/FX (HTML, Excel, CSV); statements are read in your browser, never uploaded. | TradervueYes: CSV or Excel exports ("Standard Import"); NinjaTrader by CSV. source |
| Futures | daqverseYes: NQ, ES, YM, GC, CL and their micros (plus RTY, silver, 6E and bitcoin), priced from CME Group's contract values. CFD/FX too. | TradervueYes, on Silver or Gold (not on the free plan). source |

| Replay, backtesting, AI | daqverseNone of these: no market replay, no backtesting, no AI coach. | TradervueExit analysis and max potential P&L (Gold), mentoring and trade sharing. Its own blog says it has no AI insights. source |
Where Tradervue is stronger
- Reporting depth. Tradervue's reports cover tags, days and times, risk and liquidity, and Gold adds exit analysis and maximum potential P&L.
- Mentoring and sharing. Mentors and mentees, and sharing trades with the community, are built in. daqverse has no sharing.
- More markets. Equities, options, futures and forex in one journal.
- A free plan. Tradervue has a free plan (futures need Silver or Gold) and a 7-day trial of its paid plans.
- Time on the market. It is an established product; daqverse is an invite-only beta.
Where daqverse is different
- ICT sessions, not just hours. Tradervue groups results by hour in US Eastern time. daqverse tags each trade with its kill zone and its ICT macro window from the entry time, so you can review a London trade against your other London trades.
- Prop account rules. We found no drawdown or prop-rule tracking on Tradervue's site. daqverse follows each account's floor (static, trailing on closes or intraday, and where it stops), its daily loss limit, consistency and payouts. The same floor math runs in the free prop firm drawdown calculator.
- Futures from the first trade. Futures are part of daqverse with no plan to upgrade, and point values come from CME Group's contract specifications.
- A plan for the day. Daily plan, Morning Brief with the day's news, Live Session and weekly review sit next to the journal.
Who should pick which
Tradervue suits a trader who wants a stable, report-rich journal across stocks, options and futures, likes to share trades with a mentor or a community, and does not need anything ICT-specific.
daqverse suits a futures trader whose day is built on the New York kill zones and who trades prop accounts with trailing drawdowns. Neither has a live sync for Tradovate in our check: Tradervue's Tradovate page describes a file upload, and daqverse reads the Tradovate CSV.

Questions
Is daqverse a Tradervue alternative?
For ICT and prop firm futures traders it can be: it tags trades by New York kill zone and macro and tracks prop drawdown rules, which we did not find on Tradervue's site. Tradervue offers more reports, more markets and mentoring.
Does Tradervue support futures on the free plan?
No. Its FAQ says a Silver or Gold subscription is required for futures. Silver is $29.95 a month and Gold $49.95 a month.
Can Tradervue show results by session?
Its Days/Times reports show results by day and by hour of day in US Eastern time. It has no ICT kill zone or macro tags that we could find.
How do trades get into daqverse?
From the Quick Log, a Tradovate CSV for futures accounts, or a statement file (MT4/MT5, cTrader and others) for CFD/FX accounts. There is no live broker connection.
