daqverse vs TradeZella for ICT and prop firm traders
TradeZella is a broad, polished trading journal with broker sync, trade replay, backtesting and AI. daqverse is narrower: a journal built around ICT's New York kill zones and the drawdown rules of prop firm futures accounts.
This page compares the two for that trader, fact by fact, as checked on 16 Oct 2026.
Pick TradeZella if
you want your trades to arrive by broker sync, replay them tick by tick, backtest ideas without code, and you are happy to pay from $26 a month for a mature product.
Pick daqverse if
you trade ICT concepts on NQ or ES and want every trade tagged with its New York kill zone and macro, your prop account's floor worked out from your own rules, and a free beta seat is fine with you.

Where TradeZella is stronger
- Getting trades in. TradeZella lists auto-sync for Tradovate, Rithmic R Trader and NinjaTrader and says it supports 500+ brokers and platforms. daqverse has no broker connection: you log trades or import a Tradovate CSV.
- Replay and backtesting. Tick-by-tick trade replay and no-code backtesting (on Pro and Ultra) have no counterpart in daqverse.
- Prop firm automation. Its PropFirm Sync detects transactions automatically for firms such as Topstep, Apex, Tradeify and Lucid. In daqverse you enter the rules and payouts yourself.
- A longer track record. TradeZella launched in 2022; daqverse is an invite-only beta.
Where daqverse is different
- Kill zones on every trade. daqverse tags each trade with its kill zone (Asia, London, NY AM, NY Lunch, NY PM) and ICT macro from the entry time, in New York time whatever your own time zone. We found session filters in TradeZella's backtester, but no kill-zone tagging of journal trades.
- The floor as your firm writes it. Each account says whether its drawdown trails closing balances or the intraday high, and when it stops (at the start, at start + $100, at a balance, at the first payout). The floor and the room left follow every trade. Try the same rules in the free drawdown calculator.
- A trading day, not only a log. A daily plan, Morning Brief, Live Session, weekly review and key levels (NWOG, NDOG, session highs and lows) sit around the journal.
- Price. Free while in beta, no card. Paid plans are not open yet.
Who should pick which
TradeZella suits traders who want the trades to come in by themselves and who value replay, backtesting and AI review. It covers stocks, options, forex and crypto as well as futures, so a trader who trades many markets has one place for all of them.
daqverse suits a futures trader who studies ICT, trades the New York sessions on NQ, ES or their micros, and runs one or more prop accounts. Logging a trade takes seconds, and the journal knows the session it was in. If you need broker sync today, daqverse is not there yet.

Questions
Is daqverse a TradeZella alternative?
For ICT and prop firm futures traders, yes: it journals trades with their New York kill zone and macro and tracks each prop account's drawdown floor. It does not replace TradeZella's broker sync, replay or backtesting.
Does TradeZella have kill zones?
On 16 Oct 2026 we found session filters (London, New York, Asia) and "Asian Range" and "Power of 3" indicators in its backtester, but no kill-zone tagging of journal trades on its site.
Does TradeZella have a free plan or trial?
Its own pricing article says it does not offer a free plan, and its pricing page showed no free trial. Plans start at $35 a month, or $26 a month billed yearly.
Can I move my trades from TradeZella to daqverse?
Not directly. daqverse imports Tradovate CSV reports for futures and MT4/MT5 and other statements for CFD/FX accounts, so you would export from your broker or platform, not from TradeZella.
Does daqverse sync with Tradovate or Rithmic?
No. daqverse has no live broker connection. Futures trades come from the Quick Log or a Tradovate CSV export.
